At Sunlube, we are committed to providing high-quality industrial lubricants and products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

- Unused and Sealed: The product must be in the same condition that you received it. For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened containers, drums, or bulk tanks.
- In Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging with all labels and seals intact.
- Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
2. Articles endommagés ou incorrects Veuillez inspecter votre commande à la livraison. Si vous recevez un produit endommagé ou dont les spécifications sont incorrectes, veuillez nous en informer:
- Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged goods/packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
3. Refunds process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. I If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Shipping costs
- Defective/Wrong Items: Sunlube will cover all shipping costs.
- Standard Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. A standard restocking fee may apply for large industrial orders.
